Wastewater Pumps, Mixers & Blowers FAQs
Selection should consider the required flow, total dynamic head, and the size and type of solids, especially fibers and rags. Motor power alone is not enough. Share your wastewater conditions and any existing blockage problems so HINKTON can assess a suitable pump configuration.
Effective mixing depends on mixer thrust, tank geometry, liquid properties, and installation position—not just motor power. Provide your tank dimensions, operating water levels, sludge concentration, and internal obstructions so we can assess the mixer selection and layout.
Start with the minimum, normal, and peak air demand, together with the required discharge pressure. Site altitude, inlet temperature, and the operating range also matter. Diffuser submergence alone does not determine the full pressure requirement; diffuser and piping losses must also be considered.
Please provide the equipment type, quantity, application, power supply, and delivery destination. For pumps, include flow and total dynamic head; for mixers, tank dimensions and mixing requirements; for blowers, air flow and discharge pressure. If some values are unknown, send available drawings, photos, or process specifications for review.
Yes. HINKTON supplies equipment worldwide. You can include wastewater pumps, submersible mixers, and aeration blowers in the same enquiry. The quotation will identify the agreed equipment, accessories, and service scope. Freight, shipping arrangements, and delivery terms are confirmed for each order.
We provide remote installation guidance. Engineers can also be arranged for on-site control-system setup and commissioning support. Please share your installation schedule and existing control requirements in advance. The service scope, schedule, and applicable costs are agreed for each project.
